Sydney Catholic Schools (SCS) is one of the largest Catholic education systems in Australia, responsible for supporting schools across the Sydney Archdiocese. The challenge

SCS faced several challenges that were limiting their operational efficiency and information governance:

Slow file retrieval – physical record access often took 3–5 days, impacting productivity.
Risk of data loss – from potential physical damage such as fire, flood, or deterioration.

The solution
