Coomera State Special School, located on Queensland’s Gold Coast, provides high-quality education and support for students with complex learning needs. As a government institution, the school manages sensitive records and administrative documents that require careful storage, confidentiality, and accessibility.
The school’s administrative team faced increasing challenges with physical file storage. HR files and other sensitive documents were stored in a limited secure room, creating space constraints and manual handling difficulties.
