Grace provides secure destruction for physical records, archive boxes, media and IT equipment. Through our partnership with G1 Asset Management, we also support secure IT asset disposal, certified data destruction, e-waste recycling and value recovery, all with documented chain of custody, reporting and certificates of destruction.

Document destruction

Secure shredding of loose documents, files and confidential paperwork, collected from your site or ours and destroyed under a documented chain of custody. Shredded material is recycled wherever possible, and you receive a certificate of destruction for every job.

Archive box destruction

When records reach the end of their retention period, we collect and destroy entire archive boxes without the need for manual unpacking. Each carton is verified and destroyed under chain of custody, so you can clear retained records confidently and get certified proof it’s done.

Media destruction

Tapes, hard drives, disks and other data-bearing media hold information long after they’ve stopped being useful. We securely destroy them under documented handling and destruction processes, so the data can’t be recovered and you have a clear record of its disposal.

IT asset disposal

Through our partnership with G1 Asset Management, we take care of your end-of-life IT assets, from laptops, desktops and monitors to servers, mobile devices and networking equipment. Each asset is handled under secure chain of custody, so nothing slips through the gaps when equipment is retired.

Data destruction and erasure

Before any device leaves its lifecycle, the data on it needs to be dealt with properly. G1’s ITAD process includes secure sanitisation pathways such as Blancco-based erasure, physical destruction, degaussing and shredding, with asset-level reporting where you need it.

E-waste recycling

End-of-life technology shouldn’t end up in landfill. We recycle e-waste responsibly, helping you reduce environmental impact, maintain compliance and support more sustainable disposal outcomes.

IT asset buyback and value recovery
